Our mission is to provide a single location where human service programs are available and accessible at no cost to recipients
and to maximize coordination among agencies.

Thirteen social service agencies operate rent-free at our 22,000 square-foot building providing them with approximately $300,000 in savings per year they can otherwise use to deliver services.
Our tenants include such groups such as the Conejo Free Clinic, Hospice of the Conejo, Senior Alliance For Empowerment, and Gold Coast Veterans Foundation. One government social service agency is also a tenant – County of Ventura – Human Services Agency.
