Lutheran Social Services (LSS) has a new Area Director in the Thousand Oaks office on a part-time basis. Darlene Mees has been with LSS for 10 years and has developed successful transitional living programs for women and children for LSS in Riverside and hopes to do the same in Ventura County. 

Leslie Eschrich, is the current Office Manager in Thousand Oaks, has been with LSS for one year. She works as a case manager, oversees LSS’s transitional living facility in Pt Hueneme, and runs the LSS Caring Neighbors Program. 

Of course there is the wonderful Diana Ortuno, who has been with LSS for seven years, and runs the Meal & Shelter Program and Emergency Assistance Program.
